Refund policy

At The House of Lychee, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality lychees. As our products are perishable and harvested against confirmed orders, please review our policy below.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been collected.

Refunds and Replacements

If you believe your order is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of collection.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs and/or videos of the product

All claims will be reviewed individually.

If a claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:

  • Provide a replacement (subject to availability), or
  • Issue a partial or full refund

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Natural variations in size, colour, shape, or sweetness of the fruit
  • Orders not collected within the designated collection period
  • Claims submitted more than 24 hours after collection
  • Damage resulting from improper storage or handling after collection
  • Change of mind after payment confirmation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 10 days before the announced harvest or collection date.

Cancellation requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund, as fruit may already have been allocated and prepared for the order.
