Welcome to The House of Lychee. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Product Availability

Our lychees are seasonal and harvested according to availability. While we strive to fulfill all confirmed orders, availability may be affected by weather conditions, harvest yields, or other factors beyond our control.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full before they are confirmed and processed.

Orders will only be reserved once payment has been received and verified.

3. Collection Policy

All orders are for collection only from the pickup location selected during checkout.

Customers are responsible for collecting their orders during the announced collection period.

The House of Lychee is not responsible for product quality deterioration resulting from delayed collection after the designated pickup period.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 10 days before the announced harvest or collection date.

Cancellation requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund due to harvest and allocation commitments.

5. Product Quality

We take great care to ensure that all products are fresh and of high quality at the time of collection.

As lychees are a natural agricultural product, variations in size, color, sweetness, and appearance may occur and shall not be considered defects.

6. Claims and Refunds

Any claim regarding damaged, spoiled, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of collection.

Claims must be supported by clear photographs or videos.

Refunds or replacements are subject to review and product availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

The House of Lychee shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or consumption of our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.
