Collection Only

The House of Lychee currently operates on a collection-only basis.

We do not offer home delivery or courier services at this time.

Pickup Location

Customers will select their preferred collection point during checkout.

Collection details, including the address and pickup instructions, will be provided in the order confirmation.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been received and verified.

As our lychees are harvested against confirmed orders, processing times may vary depending on harvest schedules and product availability.

Collection Notification

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.

Please ensure that the contact number provided during checkout is accurate so that we can contact you if required.

Collection Period

Orders should be collected during the designated collection window communicated by The House of Lychee.

We cannot guarantee product quality for orders that are not collected within the specified collection period.

Missed Collections

If you are unable to collect your order during the scheduled collection period, please contact us as soon as possible.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh lychees, uncollected orders may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
